CTM Textile Mills is one of the largest manufacturer and exporter of various types of Textile products from Ahmedabad, Gujarat – India.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art Dyeing, Printing, and Processing & Garmenting facilities. The group consists of different divisions namely Woven, started retail of bed linen in India under the name of CTM Homestyle and Home Furnishings at Ahmedabad in India.

In India, we have established a strong position as one of the leading integrated textile processing house. We also have a significant presence in the international markets as well through our sister concern Madhu Industries Pvt. Ltd.

We are currently exporting textiles & garments to various international Brands and wholesalers in Europe, USA, Canada, & African countries.

CTM Textile Mills always strives to provide its customers premium products. To cater to the future requirements considering the strong market demand, we have upgraded our technology by installing the state-of-art machinery.

Fabric Processing facilities for textiles are setup and managed in our Unit. We can handle a variety of Cotton and fabrics like 100% Cotton Poplins, Fabrics etc.

For printing we have ISPS Rotary Printing system to take care of all varieties of printing like Pigment, Reactive, Disperse, etc. on Shirting, Suiting, Dress material & Bed Linen. We can also do specialized prints like gold, pearl, glow in the dark etc.

On Dyeing we have good luster padder for silicate pad batch process.

A variety of processing machines enable us to process almost every kind of fabric from the heaviest to the finest count of any blend.

We have ability to optimize and design product mix on a dynamic basis owing to their configuration and high production capacity with diversity. This flexibility & complexity is one of the scoring points over competition. The manufacturing facilities are equipped with numerous machinery and the most modern, high quality technology for the production of Apparel and Home Textiles fabrics.

All aimed at ensuring consistency, quality and punctual deliveries.

• CONTINUOUS BLEACHING RANGE: We have installed this machine from Menzil Germany, 3 mtr width, single step bleaching process. The machine was the first of its kind in India.

• STEAM BOILER: We have added 10 Ton capacity CVL Steam Boiler in our range to achieve the required steam pressure in processing. This helps increase in production and also assures best quality products.

• PRINTING MACHINE: We have also installed ISPS Rotary Printing system, 2.8 mtr working width, which is an Austrian machine. This powerful machine with magnetic system is equipped with Gas burner.

• LAFER RAISING MACHINE ( ITALY ) : We have installed Lafer Raising Machine & Its working width is 3.2 mtr.

• KUSTER PADDER : We have installed a Kuster Paddar with 3 mtr working width to dye all cotton qualities with silicate pad batch process to control widthwise even dyeing.

• PRINT WASHER : We have added Tex fab Print washer with efficient washing of reactive print and we are able to wash upto 3.4 mtr width also a smaller width.

• MOTEX STENTER : This machine is equipped with imported Maxon Gas burner for efficient heating capacity. This machine has 3.2 mtr working width.

• WIDER WIDTH FLAT BED (PANEL PRINT) MACHINE : We have installed the above machine and are able to print on this machine 2.8 x 2.8 mtrs repeat size of photographic panel print design.
